What to do:
  1. Open this file directly in a browser (double-click it — do not put it in Duda).
  2. Click Activate Endpoint below.
  3. Open the seo@magicclickz.com inbox (check spam too) for an email from FormSubmit.
  4. Click the confirmation link inside it.
Once activated, your live Duda form will deliver submissions automatically — no further changes needed.

This page submits once to activate the FormSubmit endpoint for seo@magicclickz.com. After you click the confirmation link, you can delete this file.
