Minimum Hiring Qualifications for True Amore Caregivers:

• HCA Registration (or willingness to obtain)
• TB Test
• CPR preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S

True Amore Caregiver Hiring Process:

Step 1: Submit Your Completed Application
Complete and submit your caregiver application so our team can review your qualifications, experience, and availability.

Step 2: Phone Interview
A member of our hiring team will contact you for an initial phone interview to learn more about your background, caregiving experience, and interest in joining our agency.

Step 3: In-Person Interview
Qualified applicants will be invited to meet with us in person for a more detailed interview and to discuss the role, expectations, and client care standards.

Step 4: Background Screening

Applicants selected to move forward will complete the required background screening process to help ensure the safety and trust of our clients and families.

Step 5: Orientation and Initial Training

New caregivers will participate in orientation and initial training to become familiar with our policies, procedures, care expectations, and agency values.

Step 6: Begin Caring for Clients

Once all hiring steps are completed, caregivers will be matched with clients and begin providing compassionate, dependable care.
